Xmas is coming and it’s one of my favourite seasons of the year. It’s nice to start December after so dark November. Atmosphere, candle light, delicious food and joyful company lifts the spirit up. One thing is bothering me big time, consumption hystery. I’ve had a presentless xmas for several years beause of the overflow of stuff. Of course kids get their needed small present, but adults have to settle for time and attention. Presentless xmas isn’t welcomed easily, people explain their presents with the joy of giving and it’s an essential part of xmas. There could be a better word for it, but I can’t translate it :/, in Finnish it’s aineeton lahja=something that you give without a physical form like massage, intangible goods(?). I have given a small amount of money to SOS- child village.

Now it’s time to give your best tips and ideas for different xmas presents, intangible goods(?)! What has been the best intangible present thet you have received?
